- 500g shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- 1 lime
- Crushed red pepper
Heat the oil over a medium temperature in a frying pan. Add garlic and cook it until cloves are golden brown.
Transfer shrimp to the frying pan and cook while stirring for 1 minutes. Add tequila, red pepper. Squeeze the lime into the pan.
Cook for two minutes until half of the liquid evaporates. Shrimp should get pink and shiny.
