Nowadays, Broccoli is a very popular vegetable and the reason is very clear – it is one of the most nutritious and healthy vegetables. This recipe will help you to make healthy stew out of broccoli and other ingredients.
- 1 large broccoli
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1l vegetable broth
- 50g grated Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt, black pepper
Divide broccoli into florets. Peel and slice carrots. Finely chop onions. Place carrots and onions into vegetable broth and cook over a heat for about 10 minutes. Then, add broccoli and stew for another 10 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper. Stir in sour cream and add dried basil.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
