The ingredients may not be special but it’s all about the method of cooking. Don’t worry, it’s not hard 😉 not hard at all! This dish is pretty versatile– you can spice it up with paprika or jalapeno if you like more spicy food.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken
- 250g onions
- 200g tomatoes
- 100g celery root
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 200ml water
- Salt, black pepper
Preparation
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Finely chop vegetables.
Combine chicken with vegetables (except tomatoes, leave them aside).
Melt the butter in a skillet and transfer combined chicken and vegetables. Fry for few minutes while stirring.
Season with salt, black pepper, add bay leaves, tomatoes and pour water.
Stir well, cover with a lid and stew for 30 minutes.
