Very simple crepes with chicken. You can eat themwith your favourite sauce and seasonings. You can even use chicken leftovers from your fridge and the crepes will still be amazingly delicious!
- 0,5l milk
- 1 egg
- 250g flour
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 500g chicken
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt, spices
Beat the eggs. Add flour and milk. Combine everything. The batter has to be not very viscous.
Heat a skillet. Pour a tablespoon of oil. Make sure the oil evenly spreads throughout the bottom of the skillet. Add few tablespoons of batter to the skillet. Tilt the skillet to evenly coat the bottom. Heat over a low heat. Cook until the top seems to be dry and nicely yellow, then flip it and cook another side of the crepe until dry and yellow.
Boil the chicken in a pot. Don’t forget to add spices. Grind boiled chicken and cover with chicken broth. Place some chicken on a crepe and tightly bend the edges.
Cook filled crepes in the skillet until golden brown.
