Nobody likes to eat plain meat or fish without anything to relish it. With this quick recipe make a creamy Avocado and Greek Yogurt sauce, which goes well with a lot of different meals, ranging from chicken to fish.
- 1 cup finely chopped parsley
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 1 avocado
- 1 onion
- 8 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoons thyme
- 1 clove garlic
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you get a smooth mass.
You can add more salt if you want the sauce saltier or milk/Greek yogurt if you want the sauce less thick.
The sauce goes well with a variety of dishes.
