Easy and quick recipe for tasty snack – corn chips with guacamole. Beans included! Be a friend for your belly, not an enemy 🙂
- 1 can of steam cooked red beans
- 1 avocado
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 2 chili peppers
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Corn chips
- 50g of rucola
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Cut avocados in halves, remove seeds and scoop the flesh with a spoon.
Take one chili pepper. Cut it lengthwise into thin slices. Remove seeds.
Blend the beans, avocado flesh, olive oil, garlic, salt, chili (not sliced) and other peppers and lemon juice together.
Place the blended mass on each corn chip with tablespoon.
Decorate the dish with beans, thin slices of chili and leaves of rucola.
