- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Do not throw neither of them away. Thoroughly mix egg yolks with powdered sugar. Stir egg whites. Combine egg whites with the mixed yolks and powdered sugar. Heat butter in the pan until hot. Pour the mass into the hot frying pan. Cook it over medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Voila! Your omelette is ready!
