coconut balls

Easy to made and what is most important – heck-a-delicious! These small snowy balls from coconut will be one of the tastiest desserts you ever made 🙂

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200g of sugar
  • 200g of flaked coconut

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180C degrees.

Beat the eggs and sugar and combine the mass with flaked coconut.

Line the baking tray with baking paper.

With the help of teaspoon form little balls from the mass and place them on the baking tray.

Cook for 10-15 minutes until coconut balls start to turn yellow.

Cool the coconut balls before serving because they are very brittle when hot.
