tofu with curry and vegetables

Tofu is a delicious fat-free meal that really gets well together with pasta or rice. Try out this quick recipe for tofu.


  • 1 pepper
  • Half of a broccoli
  • 100g of tofu
  • 1 teaspoon of curry
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Spring onion


Cut vegetables into large pieces and fry them in a frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Season them with salt and black pepper.

Cut tofu into little cubes, combine with curry and fry a bit together with vegetables.
