Ingredients
- 1,5l meat broth
- 750g green peas
- 125g sour cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
Place green peas (fresh or frozen) into meat broth and boil for 35 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper. Combine with sour cream.
Serve with bread toast.
