Granola is a breakfast food of oats, nuts and various sweet ingredients. It’s very nutritious and healthy. Very simple to make as well. Make a ton of it once and eat it for a month. Check this breakfast recipe.
- 200g oats
- 0.3 cups buckwheat, not toasted
- 0.5 cup nuts, various kind
- 1 handful dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 orange, juice
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine the oats, buckwheat, buts, cranberries, coconut flakes together. Pour the orange juice. Stir everything.
Melt the coconut oil and combine with the honey. Pour the coconut oil and honey mass onto the mixture of the oats, buckwheat and other ingredients. Stir well. Arrange the mass evenly in a baking sheet.
Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, occasionally stir the granola with a spatula.
