We present you an amazing dessert recipe – Bananas in Coconut Milk.
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 350ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch salt
- 0.5 tablespoons orange water
- Pinch mint
- 1 handful almonds
Preparation:
Peel and cut bananas into slices. Transfer them to a saucepan. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Drizzle with orange water, add chopped mint and pour into bowls.
Fry almonds in a skillet. Remove. Mash almonds to crumbs. Sprinkle bananas with almond crumbs and serve.
