Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • 2 carrots, middle-sized
  • 1 onion, large
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch chili pepper powder

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water. When done, mash them.

Bring the milk to a boil. Pour the milk on the mashed potatoes and carrots. Stir well.

Cut the onion. Cook it in a skillet (using butter) and add to the mashed potatoes and carrots. Add chili pepper powder and stir everything well.
