healthy raspberry puree

One of the healthiest and tastiest summer berries – a raspberry. Raspberries consist of a huge number of various vitamins and antioxidants. So, it’s healthy. This recipe will give you an idea how to easily make a puree out of these healthy berries.


  • 1kg raspberries
  • 400g sugar
  • Water


Add berries to a big pot. Add some water and cook over a low fire until berries start to turn into juice. Strain in it through a sieve. Combine with sugar. Return to the pot and cook until sugar melts.

Pour the hot puree into 0.5l jars and set aside for about 30 minutes to cool down. Then, tightly close the jars.
