Healthy Spaghetti with Zucchini

Spaghetti is a wonderful Italian dish that is very popular in every country in the World. This recipe is made for everyone who thinks that healthy nutrition should be the top priority in life. Add vegetable oil instead of butter and you will have a vegan dish!

Ingredients

  • 150g whole wheat spaghetti
  • 300g zucchini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 hot chili pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 15g melted butter (for frying)
  • Salt

Servings: 3

Preparation

Cook spaghetti following the instructions on the package.

Cut zucchini into cubes, mash garlic, squeeze lemon juice and grate some lemon peel. Finely chop chili pepper.

Put all the ingredients to a skillet and fry for a bit. Add boiled and strained spaghetti. Cook for another few minutes.

Serve with fresh vegetables: lettuce, tomatoes, parsley. Sprinkle with salt.
