Satay or sate is an Indonesian dish of grilled meat on skewers. This time we will use chicken as a meat. You can cook Satay over a direct heat, in a barbecue grill or even only using a skillet. We prepared a very simple to follow and understand recipe for you. Make yourself some good Satay dinner!
- 1 pack Satay spice mix
- 500g chicken breasts cut in cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 handful rice
- Satay peanut sauce
- 4 wooden skewers
Combine Satay spice mix with oil and water.
Cut chicken breasts in cubes and marinade in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
Thread chicken cubes onto the wooden skewers.
Fry skewers in a barbecue grill or a frying pan for few minutes.
Serve with rice and peanut sauce.
