Intriguing Salad with Broccoli and Apple

It is a very healthy Salad with Broccoli and Apple tailored for those people who want to lose some weight. In addition, it is a really simple meal to cook.


  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 0,5 red onions
  • 1,5 apples
  • 2 handfuls dried cranberries
  • 2 handfuls walnuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise


Wash and finely chop broccoli. 

Cut apples into thin straws, grate carrots.

Soak cranberries.

Finely chop onion.

Mince walnuts and fry them in a frying pan for a short period of time.

Combine every ingredient with mayonnaise.
