Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 0,5 red onions
- 1,5 apples
- 2 handfuls dried cranberries
- 2 handfuls walnuts
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Preparation
Wash and finely chop broccoli.
Cut apples into thin straws, grate carrots.
Soak cranberries.
Finely chop onion.
Mince walnuts and fry them in a frying pan for a short period of time.
