- 4 eggs
- 180 g tuna in brine (minced)
- 100 g cheese (Mozzarella or Gouda)
- Pinch of salt, ground black pepper
- Oil or butter for frying
Grate the cheese.
Beat the eggs and season them with salt and black pepper.
Heat oil or melt butter in a skillet and pour the egg mixture in a hot skillet.
When one side of the omelette lightly browns, place minced tuna on top and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Fold the omelette over and fry both sides for a little bit.
