omelette with tuna

Get up, go to the kitchen for few minutes and get back to your bed with hot Omelette with Tuna in your plate. Sounds like a dream, right? 🙂 Well, we can fulfil that dream with our breakfast recipe for interesting Tuna Omelette with Cheese.


  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g tuna in brine (minced)
  • 100 g cheese (Mozzarella or Gouda)
  • Pinch of salt, ground black pepper
  • Oil or butter for frying


Grate the cheese.

Beat the eggs and season them with salt and black pepper.

Heat oil or melt butter in a skillet and pour the egg mixture in a hot skillet.

When one side of the omelette lightly browns, place minced tuna on top and sprinkle with some grated cheese. Fold the omelette over and fry both sides for a little bit.
