omelette with vegetables

Making ordinary omelettes every breakfast is very boring. Change the things a bit and prepare a bit different omelette this morning. We have written you a recipe for omelette with Vegetables. Now you can have your breakfast fresh, interesting and healthy at the same time!


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 3-4 slices pepper
  • 0.5 onions (not very large)
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter
  • Salt, ground black pepper.
  • Herbs and greens (parsley, dill, spring onion)


Whisk the eggs with salt and black pepper. Cut boiled potato and pepper into thin slices. Cut the onion into half rings or mince them. Brown the vegetables in a skillet, in a heated butter. Coat with whisked eggs. Cover the skillet with a lid. Lower the heat and cook until eggs are firm.

Season with chopped herbs and greens (parsley, dill, spring onion) and serve!
