Salad is a very healthy and nutritious meal. Carrot, orange & persimmon salad is very quick to make. Try it 😉
Ingredients
- 4 carrots
- 2 oranges
- 2 persimmons
- Nut oil
Preparation
Grate the carrots. Peel the oranges, remove the white orange skin and cut them into small pieces. Peel the persimmons and finely chop them.
Place the fruits in a bowl and sprinkle them with nut oil.
