spanish potato omlette

Make yourself crispy, oven-baked potato omelette. That’s what people in Spain eat in the morning.😉


  • 4 potatoes
  • 8 eggs
  • 50g hard cheese
  • 50g Feta cheese
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Salt


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peel the potatoes and cut them in small pieces.

Whisk the eggs with the milk, spices, squeezed garlic, grated hard cheese and grated Feta cheese.

Add the potatoes to the egg mixture, combine everything.

Smear a baking sheet with butter. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet

Cook in the oven for about 45-50 minutes.
