Spicy Chinese chicken stew recipe is very very common in every China’s or neighbouring countries’ household and restaurant. But, you can also make a fine stew doesn’t matter what part of the world are you in. The ingredients are common in the whole world, so that’s not a problem. This stew goes well with rice.
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 carrots
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 little chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Piece ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
Cut carrots into thin strips. Finely chop chili pepper, garlic and ginger.
Fry the chicken a bit in a skillet. Then add garlic, chili pepper and ginger.
Add carrots, pour soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Add a dash of water and stew.
When chicken and carrots soften pour sesame seeds and stew for another few minutes.
