Vegan Snack with Apples

These snacks will remind you apple pie but they don’t have neither gluten, nor dairy ingredients. Completely healthy snack for your healthy lifestyle. Try the recipe 🙂


  • 1 cup dried apples
  • 0.5 cups dried dates without seeds
  • 0.5 cups oats
  • 0.5 cups almonds (roasted, not salted)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper


Blend apples, dates, oats and almonds with a blender. Add cinnamon, pepper, pour syrup and water.

Blend until you get smooth mass. Form little balls from the mass. Arrange them in a large plate and place in a refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
