Mango Pudding is not a new thing, but have you tried it with a very healthy and nutritious ingredient called Chia seeds? Well, if not, today is the day you try it. We prepared you a simple recipe to make this amazing breakfast.
- 500ml coconut milk
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 mangos
- 12 raspberries
In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup and chia seeds. Whisk until smooth. Pour to four glass cups and place in a refrigerator overnight.
When the pudding is ready, peel the mangos and place them to a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour the mango puree onto the chia seeds. Garnish with raspberries.
