Carpaccio is a dish made from thin slices of raw meat or fish. In this case, we are making this simple carpaccio from fish. To be more precise – salmon. Carpaccio is usually served as an appetizer or snack. The meal is incredibly simple to make.
- 200 g salmon fillet (salted or smoked)
- 2 tablespoons caper
- 0,5 lemons
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil (or olive oil)
